As a human, handling freedom can be hard. We all ask for freedom but a few of us can handle in our favor. We have to play under the rules of society if we want to feel like we belong somewhere. Those rules are no other things than the needs of other people. We are compiting to
Do you really need that new, beautiful smartphone that they are about to release. If you think about it for a minute, you will start to take a look at your real needs: food, a roof, some friends and physical safety.
Privacy: You are private. None knows your identity.
Known --to-- Unknown
Safety: You are safe. Everyone meet your needs.
Dependent--to-- Independent
Freedom: You are free. Everybody know your needs.
Dependent --to-- Independent
There are people living in any of those extremes, but they are not the best solution. The best solutions are halfway all of the axis: You are known by the right people, the right people meet your needs and you may not be free, but you are autonomous.
